Where can I request Datasheets, technical specifications of equipment?
On our website you can download technical documentation for any equipment. You can also request information directly from our managers.
Is there remote technical support?
ARIT specialists will answer all your questions. Typically, it takes maximum up to 6 hours to process your request.
Where can I find the operating manual and documentation for setting up the system?
With the supplied equipment – we provide a set of manuals on various media. You can also contact your personal manager to get all the necessary information.
What is the life cycle of the equipment?
All the equipment we offer to our customers is designed to withstand the harshest conditions. Its life cycle is calculated in decades while the rest is guaranteed. Some customers have been using our equipment for more than 20 years and it is functioning properly. With proper maintenance and support the equipment life cycle is up to 25 years.
What should I do to change the system configuration?
Changing the system configuration is possible on site by our engineers during scheduled maintenance or under special request. Also the system can be configured by certified customer employees – we are ready to provide appropriate training courses for them. It’s also possible to remotely configure the system by our engineers over the Internet with appropriate access provided.

Warranty

How is the post-warranty service provided?
We provide our customers with the option to extend their warranty. In this case, there is our extended warranty option. We will always find a suitable solution even if it is not a warranty issue.
Is the warranty given for the entire system or for components of the system?
ARIT provides support for the complete system. If one of the units or components in the system is fault, an additional supply will be made with the replacement equipment. A qualified engineer from our company will visit site and configures the system. Our customer can also take advantage of the extended warranty.
What is the maximum system warranty period?
It depends on the project’s complexity. ARIT provides two to three years period. Additionally, our customers can increase the warranty period up to 5 years.
What is the manufacturer life cycle of the system?
We offer equipment manufactured to withstand in the harshest conditions. The life cycle of the system components is 15 years, yet for some devices it can be even 25 years (with a regular maintenance).
What if the equipment fails?
The warranty period for the purchased equipment allows you to repair it at the expense of the supplier or to replace it with a new one if it is impossible to restore it. For each device supplied spare parts and accessories can be offered for prompt direct restoration of functionality by the customer and its qualified staff.

Integration

Is it possible to integrate with already installed third-party systems at our enterprise?
Our system offers a variety of integration options with external systems. For example, fire and gas alarms, as well as automated process control systems (APCS) can be connected using dry contacts, Modbus and CANopen protocols, equipment monitoring systems – via SNMPv3, telephony – via SIP protocol, emergency notification systems (for example, GOChS) – using dry contacts and a low-frequency audio signal, video systems and access control systems.
How is the process of installing the equipment on site?
After delivery of the equipment our engineer will do the commissioning work with the equipment.
What are the benefits for integration with the on-site alarm system?
We offer a variety of integration options with external systems: for example, fire and gas alarms, as well as automated process control systems (APCS). If the alarm is activated, the programmed scenario will be automatically executed: turning off general and process ventilation, starting smoke removal, closing gates and valves, stopping the production process.
What are the benefits for integration with access control system?
Flexible INTRON-X system can integrate with your access system. In case of emergency all evacuation gates will be automatically opened, including checkpoints for unimpeded access for emergency response services.

Delivery

What are delivery options?
The equipment can be picked up from our warehouse by FCA Grossbeeren – an export declaration (Ex1) will be issued for you or we can deliver at DAP or CIP all according to Incoterms-2020.
What types of transport is used for a delivery?
We provide clients with flexible choice options. For your convenience, we offer a wide range of order delivery methods, including rail, sea, air and road delivery. Delivery will be carried out on DAP or CIP conditions, according to Incoterms 2020.
What is the delivery time?
By Car: 10 to 60 days. By Air: 7 to 14 days. Multimodal (using several transport types): 10 to 30 days.
Do you insure the cargo?
Yes, all cargo delivered by us is always insured. In the event of an insured event, we receive a notification from the insurance company, without waiting for the conclusion and at the same time prepare a new delivery to your site.
How do you pack the equipment?
Packing is always chosen according weather conditions and transport type that will be used to deliver the equipment. We have special packaging for transporting equipment to cold regions or vacuum packaging for ocean shipping orders.
How does the installation process work?
After delivery of the equipment, a qualified specialist from our company will be on-site and will perform commissioning and supervision of the equipment installation and will conduct training if required.

Design

Where does design begin?
Any design most often begins with drawing up an assignment depending on the purpose and type of object. Then we can prepare a full pre-design study (including acoustic coverage) to clarify all the details and gather all the information to prepare a tailored solution. We provide assistance in the development of working documentation to successfully pass the State Expertise according to international standards.
How quickly can the system be scaled up?
Our system is decentralised and because of this the system is freely scalable.
Any 3rd party’s system integration?
Our system offers different integration options with external systems:

- Integration with security perimeter and access control systems?
- Fire and gas alarm systems or Automated Process Control System (APCS) – using open dry contacts, Modbus, CANopen protocols;
- Monitoring system – via SNMP v.3;
- Telephone system – SIP protocol;
- Civil protection and emergency response systems (CES) - using open dry contacts and an audio signal (LF)

Test drive

Can we take the equipment for testing?
ARIT has prepared demonstration kits of communication and video surveillance systems for our clients. This equipment will be sufficient to evaluate the functionality and potential of the systems. A trained and qualified pre-sale engineer will visit you on-site, install and configure the equipment, showing its functionality and answer all the questions. How to proceed if the equipment is damaged during a test drive?
All equipment we provide for a test drive is insured. Additionally, ARIT informs the customer about the terms of insurance and notifies about all the nuances and obligations.
How and for how long a test drive equipment is provided?
Test drive is always tailored for each customer. We take into account the specifics of your technological processes and offer equipment that meets your production needs. Update

Is it possible to update remotely?
If the customer has qualified and trained personnel at the facility, we offer the possibility of updating remotely. This means that the company's specialists will be able to carry out the necessary updates and improvements to software or equipment without leaving the facility.

This remote procedure saves the customer time and money, allows them to quickly respond to changes and updates in the software and eliminate problems that arise. To use this service, the customer must have their own qualified specialist trained by our experts.

For more information about the possibility of training the customer's staff, please contact your personal manager. He will tell you about the available training programs, conditions and cost. Training of the customer's personnel will not only make it possible to use remote updates, but also increase the competence of employees, which, in turn, greatly facilitates the maintenance of equipment or software.
Is the update carried out only by the supplier's specialists?
Updating software of complex systems requires special attention from qualified specialists of the supplier. The first advantage of this approach is that trained employees have in-depth knowledge of the system and are able to update with minimal risk of errors. This helps to prevent possible failures and problems that may occur if an update is performed incorrectly.

The second advantage is that the supplier's specialists have access to specialized software (firmware) that are required to update the system. They have up-to-date information about the latest software versions and can install it according to the requirements and capabilities of the system. This ensures reliability and stability after the upgrade.

Partner program

How to become a Partner of the company?
The partner program is provided upon request. To work at the facilities of customers and other clients, the partner must first coordinate the start of work with ARIT in order to prevent the intersection of interests with other partners or with ARIT managers. The partner must send an e-mail request for securing the object, containing information about the name of the object and its location, as well as the name of the project (workshop, site) for which work is planned. After checking the object in the database, ARIT will send a written notification to the partner about the assignment of the object to the partner, or a reasoned refusal of such assignment and inform about other working conditions for the project.
What does the partner get from cooperation?
The partner receives the right to promote and sell ARIT products for end customers and other customers specified in the annex to the partnership agreement on the territory of the agreement and the protocol for securing facilities and receives a special offer for the entire line of equipment.
