IP Public Address Device

Multi-channel IP acoustic amplifier NPA is used to drive up to 8 speakers lines. Using IP the amplifier can be connected to the INTRON-X PA/GA system anywhere in the network. The built-in loudspeaker monitoring system continuously monitors short circuits, ground leaks, line breaks and impedance changes.

Beacon control module

The XBC module is used to operate and monitor up to 4 lines of flash lamps. Compatible with 115 / 230 V AC or 24 / 48 / 60 V DC beacons. Line or loop types beacon connection. Connecting different types of beacons: Xenon, LED, etc. Continuous automatic line monitoring of the flashing warning beacons for cable break, short circuit and ground leakage (option).

Voice IP-Recorder

The xxx NVR 01 series IP voice recorder is a professional multi-channel system for recording voice data transmitted via VoIP protocols, which allows you to record and play back conversations of individual intercom devices through active SIP recording in the INTRON-X digital system.

Loudspeaker communication

At gas, oil, metallurgical, nuclear and power industries enterprises, as well as at railway station complexes, airports and other facilities requiring uninterrupted automated system operation. The distinctive features of the product include reliability and ease of operation of the equipment.
If a signal is received from the triggered fire alarm system, the programmed scenario will be automatically executed: switching off general and process ventilation, start of smoke extraction, closing valves, stopping the production process.
INTRON-X provides flexible integration with external sound and light alarm systems, as well as emergency and civil defence systems. If you already have such systems installed in your facility, we can provide command transmission, audio messaging, and add programmable activation sequences in various scenarios.
With a simple press of a key, visitors can request a call to the control room or janitor. As soon as the operator / janitor accepts the call, a full-duplex connection is established, allowing both callers to talk and listen simultaneously. Video streams from cameras at the entrances further facilitate access control. In this way, security personnel are always aware who wants to enter the premises.
With the connection of office PBX via SIP protocol it becomes possible to call subscribers of INTRON systems from the office phone or vice versa, an INTRON subscriber can make a call to the office phone. When using intercom stations with support for connecting a handset or headset, the conversation can be conducted in duplex mode (voice is transmitted simultaneously in both directions).

Technology and modularity for maximum flexibility and safety

INDUSTRONIC products have the latest technology and modular design, providing flexibility. Explosion-proof and weatherproof intercom stations can be equipped with a dialer, two-position switches, membrane keypads and expansion units.

It is also possible to install a handset, headset, or foot switch. For noisy environments, sound-absorbing UV- and marine-resistant hoods and optional accessories are available.

Explosion-proof enclosure

Industronic DX Series explosion-proof intercom stations are marked Ex db eb ib IIC T4 Gb. All critical electronics are hidden in special aluminium enclosures, eliminating the possibility of an explosion spreading to the outside environment.

All-weather use

Industronic intercom stations have a highly sealed housing. The ingress of dust, external solid objects and water is excluded. The equipment can withstand high and low temperatures - from -40 to +70. The rating of protection is IP66. Complies with international standards IEC 60529 / DIN 40050.

Two-position switch

The instantaneous communication channel switch is designed with optical interrupt technology. Unlike a conventional contact group switch, the possibility of sparking is excluded.

Cable entry

The intercom station has two outputs M20 for an unarmored cable with a diameter of 4-13 mm and one M25 for an unarmored cable of 7-17 mm, as well as a connector for connecting a ground cable.

Calls and alerts

With DUSTRON your mobile device becomes a portable intercom station. You don't need to go to a fixed intercom station to make calls or announcements.

With Push-to-Talk (PTT) function you can instantly establish two-way communication or organize a group conversation. You can also communicate in duplex or speakerphone mode. In addition, communication can be made even more convenient by using a headset (Bluetooth).

As an alternative to mobile radio communication, PTT group communication is possible with several mobile or other terminal devices.

Alarms and warnings

With the app you can quickly react to unexpected incidents and threats. Alarms can be activated quickly and easily via the touch screen. With DUSTRON you can also contact emergency services outside your company. In addition authorized security personnel can always intervene directly by making announcements that override the current signal (Voice-over-Alarm).

Control functions

Convenient control functions make it easy to perform access control tasks (e.g. opening gates).

You can also activate the ventilation system or deactivate individual system components if necessary.

Maintenance and commissioning

DUSTRON simplifies the commissioning and maintenance of INDUSTRONIC systems.

System states are transmitted to a mobile device, allowing maintenance personnel to react quickly and receive instant feedback on whether the fault has been fixed and whether the system is operating again without errors.

Loudspeaker volume levels can now be conveniently adjusted directly on the spot.

Playback of recorded announcements

If you missed a general announcement, group message or alarm, all incoming messages are stored on the mobile device and can be played back at any time.

Contacts and call history

The application provides a list of contacts with all subscribers in the system. Called subscribers can be saved to favorites.

All incoming and outgoing calls are saved in a call history. Each record shows a date, time and a caller number.

Depending on the tasks of your company, simplex, duplex or half-duplex communication between subscribers can be set up.
The digital signal is transmitted over standard telecommunication twisted pair cable with phantom power up to 4 kilometres away.
If necessary, an additional flashing warning beacon can be installed.
It is possible to install a 25 W audio power amplifier.
New control components can be fitted to the unit at any time.
Various modular user controls are available, allowing the unit to be customised to suit the needs of the customer and the specific project at any time.
